Fireworks!

I haven't done much painting these last few days, but I did take in a firework festival last night. Thought I would share some pictures that I took.

Company in Town

I got some company from out of town so it'll be a couple of days before I post again. I should have a jujube update and hopefully a few other things to post. Enjoy the next few days and I'll see you when my company leaves.

Another JuJube Update

The hot, dry weather is causing my paints to dry very quickly which makes painting a little bit more of a challenge. I've been limiting my painting to early morning/late evening. Here's another update on the JuJube painting with the beginings of the background and shadows started. More layers to go yet. :)



During the hot part of the day I've been working on cutting matting for my smaller paintings. I bought some frames last week so I can put some of my work up.
