Summer Treat
Taking a quick break from the chickadee painting tonight and thought I would paint another one of my favourite summer treat... ruby red cherries. I can't wait until cherry season starts again... and soon, the trees in Vancouver will be in full cherry blossom glory.

Beautiful! Lovely shadow & you've really captured the shiny beauty of the cherry. Really nice composition.
Thanks Amie! I do have to admit that I have grown quite fond of painting cherries... a good warm up when I feel frustrated with another painting.
